About the Perreault Birmingham Group LLC

The Perreault Birmingham Group was founded in 2002 by Bob Perreault and Hobey Birmingham.  Bob, a former senior executive of several Silicon Valley technology companies and Hobey, a veteran Silicon Valley M&A attorney, realized there was a significant need in the marketplace for a firm to assist small and medium size technology businesses in funding their growth beyond the start up years.  In the post-bubble business environment mergers and acquisitions have become a viable and increasingly common funding strategy for tech firms looking to grow their business without additional external funding.  While M&A is an attractive option for many of these firms, most have little or no in-house experience in preparing for and executing a successful merger or acquisition.  Perreault Birmingham brings this expertise to small and medium size businesses so that these companies can successfully pursue an M&A transaction.  The Perreault Birmingham Group LLC provides five types of services related to M&A and investment banking transactions:
