ROBERT PERREAULT TO MODERATE PANEL AT GABA SOA EVENT
Mr. Perreault will host a distinguished panel of SOA experts
PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA, June 27, 2006 - The Perreault Birmingham Group LLC (PBG), a Bay area based strategic business consulting and M&A advisory firm specializing in technology businesses, has announced that Robert (Bob) Perreault, Managing Director, will serve as moderator for a panel discussion at a PBG-organized GABA event later next month. GABA (the German American Business Association) is hosting the event on July 18th entitled "Current Trends in Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)" which will feature a panel discussion by industry experts and technology demonstrations from a leading provider of high performance SOA-based deployment environments. The panel will include Cory Isaacson, President of Rouge Wave Software, Dr. Andres Vogel, VP of Solutions Management for SAP, Stephanie Race, Partner from Accenture, Tom Gibbs, Director, Worldwide Strategy & Planning, Customer Solutions Group for Intel and an SOA user. BRUCE STOUFFER TO SPEAK AT RVC CAPITAL CONFERENCE
Mr. Stouffer will be part of a distinguished panel of specialists
DENVER, COLORADO May 11, 2006 - The Perreault Birmingham Group LLC (PBG), an M&A advisory firm specializing in technology businesses and based in the San Francisco Bay area, has announced that Bruce Stouffer, Vice President, will speak as part of a panel discussion at the Rockies Venture Club's (RVC) 18th annual Capital Conference next month. The RVC event, which is entitled "Creating Colorado Success Stories", will feature panel discussions by industry experts who will critique and advise actual startup companies on their business strategy. Mr. Stouffer's panel will be reviewing the business strategy of Denver-based software company PositiveWare, who will be represented by their CEO, Charles Von Thun. PB Group will offer TVA funding evaluation service
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, August 1, 2005 - The Perreault Birmingham Group (PBG), a high technology M&A advisory firm based in the Bay Area, has announced that it has become an official partner of The Venture Alliance (TVA).
