PERREAULT BIRMINGHAM GROUP ENTERS INTO AGREEMENT WITH GBS FINANCIAL
PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA, February 2, 2009 - The Perreault Birmingham Group LLC (PBG), a strategic consulting and investment banking firm specializing in technology businesses, has announced that the firm has entered into an agreement to offer securities transactions through GBS Financial Corp. Founded in 1985, GBS Financial has grown to become a full service investment management firm, headquartered in Santa Rosa, with 38 offices located throughout California as well as Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho and Alaska. PERREAULT BIRMINGHAM GROUP ANNOUNCES MOVE TO PALO ALTO
MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA, February 1, 2009 - The Perreault Birmingham Group LLC (PBG), a strategic consulting and investment banking firm specializing in technology businesses, has announced that the firm will relocate its head office from Menlo Park to Palo Alto, California effective March 1st. “The new office provides us with more space, enhanced conference room facilities, and improved infrastructure that will allow us to serve our clients better”, said PBG co-founder Hobey Birmingham, “The additional facilities and convenient location will significantly expand our reach in Silicon Valley”. HOBART BIRMINGHAM JOINS BOARD OF SHILLING ROBOTICS
MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA, November 14, 2008 - Schilling Robotics, Inc. announced the appointment of Hobart “Hobey” Birmingham of the Perreault Birmingham Group to its Board of Directors. Schilling, a leading global producer of subsea control systems, remotely operated vehicles (ROV), and other high-technology equipment and services for subsea exploration and production, is growing at a 40% rate and is rapidly expanding its customer base around the world. Schilling’s Chairman of the Board and Founder, Tyler Schilling, commented, “We are very fortunate to have both Hobey and Taft [Symonds] join our Board of Directors.
