BRUCE STOUFFER ADDS REGISTERED REPRESENTATIVE CREDENTIAL

PERREAULT BIRMINGHAM GROUP CLOSES FINANCING ROUND FOR CHARISELA TECHNOLOGIES

PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA February 16, 2010 – The Perreault Birmingham Group LLC (PBG), a strategic consulting and investment banking firm specializing in technology businesses, has announced it has closed the initial round of convertible note financing for Charisela Technologies.  Charisela Technologies, Inc., headquartered in Menlo Park, California, develops and manufactures advanced reagent test kits used in molecular testing for the detection of proteins and nucleic acids in medical diagnostics and biotechnical research.  The initial round of convertible note financing is part of total planned round of $750,000 to $1,000,000 in financing, which is expected to close over the next few months, and will be used to help the company develop and produce a new class of faster, more accurate reagents.   “This capital infusion will allow Charisela to extend its industry-leading reagent technology and position the company for significant future growth.” said PBG co-founder and Registered Representative Hobey Birmingham, “Initial indications are that the new, patent-pending process for formulating reagents will represent a substantial improvement in reagent cost, performance and value”.

HOBART BIRMINGHAM JOINS BOARD OF SHILLING ROBOTICS
 

MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA, November 14, 2008 - Schilling Robotics, Inc. announced the appointment of Hobart “Hobey” Birmingham of the Perreault Birmingham Group to its Board of Directors. Schilling, a leading global producer of subsea control systems, remotely operated vehicles (ROV), and other high-technology equipment and services for subsea exploration and production, is growing at a 40% rate and is rapidly expanding its customer base around the world.  Schilling’s Chairman of the Board and Founder, Tyler Schilling, commented, “We are very fortunate to have both Hobey and Taft [Symonds] join our Board of Directors.
