A successful exit transaction often requires advance planning, sometimes years in advance. Based on the operating experience of the group’s members, we help clients identify elements of their business that will be most likely be valued in an acquisition and then assist them in creating and executing on a plan for creating additional value within the company. Sometimes this strategy involves us in helping the client identify and create strategic partnerships that a company can leverage to enhance valuations, and we then work with clients in structuring and negotiating these partnerships.
